Vida Serena Policy, Terms and Conditions for Booking an Appointment

Thank you for considering our space organization services.

Bookings are made exclusively through our website.


Payment for the service you wish to schedule is required.

​

Once payment has been made, you must send the proof of payment via WhatsApp to the following numbers:
+507 6825–2715 or +971 52 817–3394.

​

Upon receiving the proof of payment, your appointment will be confirmed and a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

​

The meeting will begin at the previously scheduled time.

​

Punctuality is essential, as it reflects responsibility, respect, and organization.

​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered forfeited, with no possibility of a refund.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, you may reschedule the appointment, subject to availability, within the following 15 days. No refunds will be issued.

​

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a charge of 50% of the appointment fee will apply. In this case, you may reschedule the appointment within the following 7 days.
